I grew up around cars in the Chicago area. My father worked at car dealerships or owned his own for as far back as I can remember. On my Birth Certificate my Father’s occupation says “Used Car Manager”. I was taking engines apart before I had my driver’s license. At age 20 I served in the U.S. Air Force as an F-15 Crew Chief. I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Advanced Technical Studies of Automotive Technology from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL. I’ve sold cars. I’ve been a dealership Parts Manager. I’ve been a dealership Service Manager. I’ve got a lifetime of experience working on or around cars.
